- PhD in Chemistry by the University of the Basque Country, joined CIDETEC in 1999 and currently works as Deputy Director at CIDETEC Energy Storage. He has been involved in energy related industrial research activities for 25 years so far including hydrogen and battery technology generation, transference, and product development. Amongst other responsibilities, he is in charge of representing the institute in international stakeholder forums and associations, notably within the so called European batteries ecosystem
