- Bastian Ruther is a German professional with track-record in automotive, i.e. through his time at Capgemini Invent. As Head of Business Development at Polestar, he was mainly responsible for scaling operations as well as the sales organization in Germany. Beginning 2024, Bastian joined Limatica as additional managing director to accelerate the vision of reducing cell aging time and support root-causing of micro-defects. At Limatica (est. 05/2023), he works with Dr.-Ing. Paul Büschel and Thomas Günther, both with >15 years battery cell diagnosis experience from TU Chemnitz and ThyssenKrupp.
